I've partnered with Precision Nutrition, the world leader in nutrition education for professionals, to deliver a daily habit based curriculum with me as your coach. When it comes to diet, there is no one size fits all. This program is not about "good" and "bad", or "do's" and "don't's".  It's about getting to know YOUR body and what works for you.

As a trainer, I'd watch countless women walk to the dumbbell rack, perform a few different exercises with a light weight, and then head for the elliptical. Adding weights does not have to be complicated or intimidating. You just need a plan
